How to set the Links Option

To set the Links Option

Step 1

Select the link files:

Click the Option Button:

A dialog box will then pop up. Store Copy as Publication option will determine whether the imported file is stored inside or outside of the publication. Update Automatically option will update the file when the original file is modified and stored in the selected publication. Alert Before Updating option will display a dialog box to notify you that it is about to update a link. Click the OK Button.
