To create New Pagemaker File

Welcome to PageMaker 6.5 learning program. You can learn how to create a new PageMaker file while first running the PageMaker 6.5 application.

Step 1

Choose>File>New

Step 2

Select the Page size.

Step 3

Dimension is used for resizing a custom page up to 42 by 42 inches.

Step 4

Orientation is used to select height or width for a page.

Step 5

Double-sided is used for setting inside and outside margins on a page. In addition, it is also used for accommodating binding on the pages. Facing Pages is used for setting up the display on both the left and right side of a page. You can also select the Doubles-side.

Step 6

Enter the Number of pages and the Start page.

Step 7

Set the Margins setting.
